Four ways to work with us.

Every engagement is quoted against a written scope. Prices are confirmed in a Statement of Work or subscription order before any payment is taken.

Fixed scope, fixed price
Pilot
A single, well-defined problem delivered in two to six weeks. Priced as a fixed fee agreed in the Statement of Work before work starts.
Payment terms: 50% on signature, 50% on acceptance.
Milestone-based
Project
Larger builds broken into milestones, each with its own acceptance criteria. Priced per milestone or as a capped time-and-materials engagement.
Payment terms: Invoiced per milestone, payable within 14 days.
Monthly retainer
Managed service
Ongoing operation of systems we build or inherit: monitoring, support, security operations and SLA-backed response. Priced as a monthly fee tied to scope and service levels.
Payment terms: Invoiced monthly in advance.
Per seat or per resolution
Kepler subscription
Our AI Worker for IT and back-office operations, licensed per connected workspace with usage tiers. Includes onboarding, policy setup and integrations to your existing tools.
Payment terms: Billed monthly or annually in advance.

What is included in every engagement

A written Statement of Work or subscription order describing deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria and price.
Production-grade delivery: security review, documentation and integration with the systems you already run.
A named lead for the engagement and a weekly written progress update.
Thirty days of post-acceptance support for defects in delivered work, at no extra charge.

Currencies and how to pay

We quote and invoice in Ghana cedis (GHS) and US dollars (USD). Invoices can be paid by card, mobile money or bank transfer through our payment processor, Paystack, or by direct bank transfer to the account named on the invoice. Card and mobile money payments are processed securely by Paystack; we never store your full card details.

Taxes

Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT and applicable levies unless stated otherwise. Taxes are itemised on every invoice at the rates in force in Ghana on the invoice date.
