Meet Kepler: an AI Worker for IT and back-office operations
Kepler handles the repetitive requests that eat an IT team's week, inside the tools you already use, with approvals and policy enforced by default.

Every IT team has the same backlog. Someone needs access to an app. A new hire needs accounts on Monday. A licence is sitting unused. A password reset is holding up a whole department. None of these are hard. All of them take time, and they arrive constantly.
Kepler is our AI Worker for exactly this class of work. It reads the request, checks the policy, takes the action inside your existing systems, and updates the ticket. When a step needs a human decision, it asks for one and waits.
What Kepler does on day one
- Distribution list management across Google Groups and email DLs.
- App access requests, checked against your access policy and provisioned through your identity provider.
- Employee onboarding: accounts, groups, licences, and equipment requests in one run.
- Licence cleanup, reclaiming seats from inactive users before renewal.
- Password and lockout resets, with identity verification built into the flow.
- Temporary admin access that grants and revokes itself on schedule.
Where it lives
Employees reach Kepler in Slack or Teams, the same place they already ask for help. Answers come from your own knowledge base and policies. When an action is needed, Kepler runs it and records it in your ITSM, so the audit trail stays where auditors expect it.
How it learns
Kepler works alongside your team first. As engineers resolve tickets, it captures the actions and decisions taken and stores each resolution as a reusable skill. Once a skill has been proven a few times, it can run on its own, with the same approvals and permissions your policy already requires.
Autonomy with control built in
Every skill runs under policy. Kepler knows when it may act, when it must request approval, and when to escalate to a person. That is not a limitation we added for comfort. It is the reason organisations with real compliance obligations can deploy an AI Worker at all.
The goal is not fewer people in IT. It is an IT team that spends its week on the work only people can do.
Kepler is available as a subscription, with onboarding and integration to your identity provider, workspace, and ITSM included. Details are on our services page.

“Hey, can you help me?” The phrase that breaks traditional automation
Forms and workflows only work when people fill them in. Most requests arrive as a sentence in a chat. That is where automation has always failed, and where AI Workers start.
